Type of boat, 8m RIB.

Dived on HMS Scylla, James Eagan Layne, Panther Shoal, other wrecks in the
area based on 1st come first first served basis, if not a full group.

Will take singles and buddy pairs as well as groups up to 10.

This is a lovely, brand new RIB with plenty of kitting up space. When I
dived, there was a maximum of 4 people on the boat! This is the fastest RIB
at Mountbatten, which enables you to leave the same time as all the other
boats (usually 9ish) and be first on any wreck in the area. The RIB has a
225 HP engine, and gives a very smooth ride. Both skippers are excellent,
and very professional.

B&B- The Royal Oak, Lake Road, Hooe, Plymouth PL9 9QY, 01752 512900.
Nice small pub with 4 rooms,( twins and a double). Huge breakfast as early
as you want. 1/2 mile from Mountbatten Centre. Has a public slipway next
door, so you could launch your own RIB from here too. Very friendly
landlady. Food available in the pub, and apparently they sell beer too.
