Our Diving

North Sea Diving

During the summer months, diving is usually in the North Sea, whether it be on any of the dozens of life-encrusted wrecks, or scenic dives around the East Yorkshire coast-line. There are several boat owners in the club who regularly launch from Whitby, Bridlington, Hornsea and Withersea. The club's own boat is kept at Bridlington,

Further Afield

Throughout the year, trips are also organized to places such as Oban, St. Abbs, Scapa Flow and the Red Sea.

Farne Islands - offers a range of wreck and scenic diving, including diving with grey seals.

St Abbs - great scenic diving, suitable for all abilities. http://www.stabbs.org/diving.html

Oban and the Sound of Mull -

Scapa Flow - one of the classic wreck diving sites. The German High Seas Fleet was scuppered here in 1919 and the remaining wrecks lie at depths ranging from 18-50m. http://www.scapaflowwrecks.com/
