Dear Member,

I am writing to give you information of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. This is your opportunity to influence the way in which the Club is run. So please turn up and make your vote count.

There are a number of Committee positions that will need to be filled for the forthcoming year, and so if you:

• Want to have a say in how your club is run.
  

• Have the time to spare.
  

• Have enthusiasm and energy.
  

• Are a team player.
  

Then please put your name forward for one of the positions. 

Please note that whilst some existing Committee members are re-standing for their current posts, other members are still at liberty to stand for these positions also.

I'd like to thank you all for your support throughout 2003 and your continued support in 2004.
